Feeling lost when it comes to brain health?

  • Maybe you're trying to eat “the right way,” but every expert says something different.
Maybe you’ve heard that Alzheimer’s begins decades before symptoms — but have no clue what your own risk actually is, or whether you can change it.
Maybe you get labs back and still don’t know what any of it means for your brain — or whether you’re even testing the right things.
Maybe you are motivated to protect your brain, but not sure where to start.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. We help people sift through the overwhelm and confusion to get a solid education, a clear plan of action, and the support you need to make lasting changes.

Strengthen Your Brain, One Step at a Time

Yes, you can find quick fixes like supplements and puzzles that claim to save your brain, but here is the truth: your brain is not separate from your body.

If your cardiovascular system is struggling, your brain takes the hit.
If your blood sugar swings all day, so will your cognition.
If your digestive system is causing inflammation, it will promote neuroinflammation.

That is why I created Whole Body Brain; lasting brain health starts with full-body health.

If You Worry That…

  • You’re destined to experience the same health issues as your parents
  • You’ll lose your independence one day, unable to make your own choices
  • You will be a burden on your loved ones? Or unable to enjoy your grandkids
  • One day you’ll look back and wish you had done more—while you still had the chance

It's personal.

Hi, I’m Amanda Jones.

I am the founder, lead educator/coach at Whole Body Brain. I help adults understand how their brain, metabolism, digestion, and daily habits shape long-term cognitive health, and how to change their trajectory with science-based strategies.

I have a Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, but I also have a personal stake in this work: my family history and genetics put me at higher risk for Alzheimer’s. I’ve seen too many wise women taken by dementia, and that experience fuels my work.

For 15+ years, I’ve worked as both a clinician and an educator, specializing in online adult education and translating complex neuroscience and nutrition research into practical steps people can actually use.
